With a practice focused on corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions, Sara represents small to medium sized healthcare providers navigating complex operational, regulatory, and transactional environments. She advises clients on governance structures, strategic transactions, and compliance-driven business decisions, with an emphasis on proactive risk management and sustainable growth.

Sara earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal and Social Justice from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois, and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. During her legal training and early career, she gained exposure to healthcare operations by working alongside interdisciplinary teams, developing insight into how regulatory requirements affect daily healthcare operations and business decision-making.

In her current practice, Sara works as part of a legal and administrative team handling Unified Program Integrity Contractor (UPIC) matters, assisting healthcare clients with audits, investigations, and compliance-related issues. Her work involves close coordination with legal, operational, and administrative stakeholders to address risk and maintain continuity of care.

Sara brings a strong analytical and research-driven perspective to her practice, including experience examining corporate structures, regulatory filings, and governance frameworks within regulated industries. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and has experience representing clients in bench trials.
